SHOP SMALL EVENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. In the event of any disputes regarding the below clauses and/or on the day of the event, The Shop Small Events decision is final.
2. Each stand includes a 6ft by 2ft table, with 2 chairs provided. Stallholders with a floor space can choose to dispense with the table and chairs if they wish, to create a shop area using own equipment and props.
3.In the unfortunate event of a stallholder no longer being able to attend the event. Refunds will only be available up to 3 weeks prior to the event date.
4. The size limits for accessing the buildings are limited by the size of the access doors from the pavement. Most stallholders are therefore restricted to entering the doorway which is 2.25m wide and 2.1m high.
5. Stallholders can set up from 8am on the day of the event and must be cleared away by 6pm.
6. It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that there is no damage caused by the delivery, setting up, dismantling or removal of the stand to the venue. Any damage will be the responsibility of the stallholder and will result in a subsequent repair charge being levied.
7. All stands and other material brought to the Event must be removed from the venue. Unused brochures and other collateral cannot be left at the venue for disposal. Any such surplus resource left at the venue may attract a disposal charge of up to £30 plus VAT.
8. Stallholders are responsible for any materials delivered to or made from the venue and for their materials and possessions during the show. The The Shop Small Event accepts no responsibility or liability in that regard.
9. Stallholders will have no guarentee which event hall they shall be positioned and will be decided by The Shop Small Event.
10. The Shop Small Event makes no guarantees that stallholders will receive the same stand footprint as prior events.
11. The Shop Small Event reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to remove products from their stand if The Shop Small Event believe there to be a conflict of interest with another stallholder.
12. The The Shop Small Event reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to remove collateral/products if it is found to be encroaching on someone else’s stand.
13. The Shop Small Event reserves the right to film, record or photograph any of the exhibits at an event for post event purposes. Delegates are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of delegates within any recording or photographs.
14. Any equipment brought into the event must be PAT tested in accordance with The health and Safety regulations and an up to date certificate must be provided.
If The Shop Small Event have to cancel or postpone the event for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting in an act of god, government regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion we accept no liabilty of The cost of the stall, travel or hotel costs assosiated with the cancellation of the event.
